At Sandfield Park we want to support our children to be safe, happy and as healthy as possible. There are various ways in which we support our families to manage any difficulties that may arise and to reduce the chance of a problem getting worse.
Sandfield Park Family Help Offer:
Support parents with referrals
Signpost parents to appropriate services
Provide food for pupils when hungry in school
Provide some clothing from donations
There are external agencies who provide safeguarding support to families:
Operation Encompass is a government agency whose aim is to enable staff in every school to understand how to support children who are experiencing domestic abuse, no matter where in the world the child lives.
